It was the largest office project in Lujatalo Oy&#8217;s history. The facilities of the modern office building are designed to be spacious and easily modifiable. Sola Business Valley was implemented in accordance with environmental classifications of international <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/leed\">LEED certificate<\/a>. Veritas El\u00e4kevakuutus, a pension insurance company, bought the property while construction work was still underway, and it became the owner of the property immediately after its completion.<\/p><p>The constructor of this project was<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lujatalo.fi\/\"> Lujatalo Oy<\/a>, and our partner in the project was architectural office <a href=\"https:\/\/l-ark.fi\/\">L Arkkitehdit Oy<\/a> (Architects Larkas &amp; Laine). Our challenge was the exit safety and smoke ventilation of the parking garage. We solved the challenge by simulating the worst possible fire scenarios.
